The state of land use in agriculture in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

Значимость основного ресурса человечества – земли – для отрасли сельского хозяйства исторически имеет огромное значение, ее роль в производстве основных товаров сельскохозяйственного производства занимает одно из значимых позиций. Это связано с тем, что в отличие от других отраслей технологический процесс в сельском хозяйстве очень тесно взаимосвязан с природными ресурсами,в котором земля выступает в роли главного средства производства. В статье рассматривается современное состояние земельных ресурсов Республики Саха (Якутия), анализируется структура земель по назначению, угодьям, основным пользователям. Площадь земель сельскохозяйственного назначения Якутии занимает всего 6,3%, что обусловлено ​​природно-климатическими факторами, которые ограничивают развитие сельскохозяйственного производства. В связи с этим сельскохозяйственные угодья для республики исключительно ценны и требуют особенного подхода в управлении и оценке эффективности их использования для сельского хозяйства северного региона. Также дается оценка текущего состояния отрасли сельского хозяйства республики, в том числе по основным видам сельскохозяйственной продукции, подводятся итоги по основным показателям, таким, как объем валовой продукции сельского хозяйства, поголовье крупного рогатого скота, показатели табунного коневодства, проводится анализ использования земель в сельскохозяйственной отрасли Якутии с выделением негативных тенденцийи проблем, требующих решения. The importance of the main resource of mankind, land, for the agricultural sector has historically been of great importance, its role in the production of basic agricultural products occupies one of the most significant positions. This is due to the fact that, unlike other industries, the technological process in agriculture is very closely interconnected with natural resources, in which land acts as the main means of production. The article examines the current state of land resources in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), analyzes the structure of land by purpose, land, main users. The area of ​​agricultural land in Yakutia occupies only 6.3%, which is due to natural and climatic factors that limit the development of agricultural production. In this regard, agricultural lands are extremely valuable for the republic and require a special approach in the management and assessment of the effectiveness of their use for agriculture in the northern region. It also provides an assessment of the current state of the agricultural sector of the republic, including the main types of agricultural products, summarizes the main indicators, such as the volume of gross agricultural production, the number of cattle, indicators of herd horse breeding, analyzes the use of land in agricultural branches of Yakutia highlighting negative trends and problems that need to be addressed.
