RESPON PESERTA BPJS KESEHATAN MANDIRI TERHADAP BESARAN IURAN PASCA KENAIKAN IURAN BPJS KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS RANOMEETO KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial mengalami penyesuaian iuran sejak diterbitkannya Peraturan Presiden No 64 tahun 2020, Kenaikan iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional ini terjadi di masa pandemi COVID19 yang dimana mengakibatkan ekonomi masyarakat mengalami dampak tersebut sehingga memicu  tanggapan pro dan kontra di kalangan masyarakat terutama bagi peserta BPJS Kesehatan mandiri.Tujuan: tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Respon peserta BPJS Kesehatan mandiri terhadap besaran iuran pasca kenaikan iuran BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang dilihat dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor.Metode: metode penelitian meliputi metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu peserta BPJS kesehatan Mandiri dan Pihak BPJS Kesehatan cabang kota kendari.Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Respon peserta BPJS kesehatan mandiri terhadap kenaikan iuran dari aspek kognitif (pengetahuan) memiliki pengetahuan bahwa iuran JKN cukup mahal bagi responden untuk membayarkannya setiap bulan. Dari Aspek Afektif (sikap) kenaikan iuran memiliki sikap bahwa besaran iuran dinilai cukup mahal sehingga berpengaruh terhadap tingkat ekonomi responden. Aspek Sikap terhadap keberlanjutan kepersertaan menunjukan responden tetap melanjutkan kepesertaannya sebagai peserta BPJS namun responden lainnya akan memilih menurunkan kelas kepersertaannya. Aspek psikomotor (tindakan atau perilaku) terhadap kepatuhan membayar setelah kenaikan iuran menujukan responden selalu membayar iurannya di setiap bulan.Kesimpulan: kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yaitu Peserta BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri dari Aspek pengetahuan memiliki pengetahuan cukup baik Namun dari aspek sikap kurang baik terhadap kenaikan iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional sedangkan dari Aspek perilaku dalam membayar iuran setelah adanya kenaikan iuran sudah baik disebabkan karena responden tetap patuh dalam membayarkan iuran setiap bulan. AbstractBackground: The Social Security Administering Body has adjusted its contributions since the issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 64 of 2020, This increase in National Health Insurance contributions occurred during the COVID19 pandemic which resulted in the community's economy experiencing this impact, triggering pro and con responses among the community, especially for participants Independent BPJS Health.Objectives: the purpose of this research is to find out how the response of independent BPJS Health participants to the amount of contributions after the increase in BPJS Health contributions at the Ranomeeto Health Center, Konawe Selatan Regency which was seen from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspectsMethods: The research method used is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study were BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri participants, the head of membership and the head of billing and finance for the BPJS Kesehatan branch in the city of Kendari.Results: the research of This study shows that the response of independent health BPJS participants to the increase in contributions from the cognitive aspect (knowledge) has the knowledge that JKN contributions are quite expensive for respondents to pay every month. From the Affective Aspect (attitude) the increase in the contribution of has the attitude that the amount of the contribution is considered quite expensive so that it affects the economic level of the respondent.  And the attitude towards the sustainability of participation shows tha trespondents will continue to participate as BPJS participants while other respondents will lower their membership class. The psychomotor (action or behavior) aspect of paying compliance after the increase in contributions shows that independent participants always pay their dues every month.Conclusion: conclusions of this study is that BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri participants from the knowledge aspect have quite good knowledge and aspects of bad attitude towards the increase in National Health Insurance contributions, while from the behavioral aspect in paying dues after an increase in contributions, it is good because respondents remain obedient in paying contributions every month.
