The participants were 20 students and a teacher of fifth-year at the elementary school; meanwhile, the object was knowledge about puberty, collected through test questions and observations. The data analysis technique was conducted in a quantitative and qualitative descriptive manner, and the result showed that the method used was able to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and healthy living behavior of fifth-grade students in SDIT Mutiara Insan. 摘要

根据一项全国数据调查,印度尼西亚青少年对青春期这一主题的了解非常有限。因此,本研究旨在透过循环式课堂行动研究的情境教与学(CTL)方法,增进青春期青少年健康生活的知识、态度与行为。研究对象为20名小学生和1名小学五年级教师;同时,研究对象是关于青春期的知识,这些知识是通过测试问题和观察收集的。采用定量和定性描述相结合的方法进行数据分析,结果表明所采用的方法能够改善Mutiara Insan SDIT五年级学生的知识、态度和健康生活行为。在前周期中,这一比例为5.3%,在第一个周期中进一步增加到15.8%,而在第二个周期中,这一比例增加到94.7%。
