摘要

本研究的目的是分析胜任力与绩效管理、胜任力与组织可持续性、教练与绩效管理、教练与组织可持续性、绩效管理与组织可持续性的变量。本研究使用的研究方法是质性的,通过回顾与本研究变量相关的文献。本研究的结果是,所有的参考文献中所述的变量都直接影响到所展示的文章,只是有两个变量没有得到满足,因为在本研究中没有找到与这些变量相关的科学文章。本研究的差距在于服务型领导变量、性别含义、组织干预、有效性、机制、员工绩效、内在动机、工作承诺、组织公民行为、组织有效性和质量管理。
