摘要
本文提出了一种多输入电压型最小-最大电路,该电路是一种模拟-数字混合电路,采用0.35 um CMOS技术设计。该电路具有功耗低、结构简单对称、面积小、扩展方便等优点。给出了双输入时的电路布局和仿真结果。
