As a part of Smart Home, an air conditioning remote control system with low power consumption is introduced in this paper. The system utilizes microprocessor MSP430 as the core and ZigBee wireless communication module as intermediary to realize the remote network control of air-condition. On the basis of giving the whole system function, this article states the design method about how to deal with multiple tasks of the system in detail and further elaborates concrete realization processes of air conditioner initialization task, infrared emission task, the temperature setting task and time calibration task. Therefore, it provides a directive method for the design of air conditioning remote control system.
