APA helps improve user learning experience and thus enhances and increases the effectiveness of the courseware. Studies also showed that learner's emotion have a tremendous effect in one's cognitive process. This paper discusses the pilot study for the implementation of a courseware with APA that adapts to learner's emotions. The APA in the courseware was tested for its effectiveness on the target group using the pre-test and post-test approach.
