The characteristics of solar panels greatly affect the efficiency in obtaining optimal power points by reaching maximum power so that the resulting output voltage changes. In this case to maximize the maximum power of the solar panels Zeta converter is needed as a DC-DC converter so that one of the main limitations of the converter is constant output voltage. In solving the problem, a Fuzzy Control Logic (FLC) controller is needed which is set by the PI controller to track the setpoint response and reject interference due to external factors.
