摘要

本文运用模糊理论对考虑不确定因素的输电线路加固规划的主观准则进行量化。由于该方法易于应用于电力系统规划等多属性决策问题,本文还采用Sugeno模糊积分对算法进行验证,并利用1998年韩国电力公司(KEPCO) 345 kV输电线路的突发事件分析结果,寻找最大负荷供应能力(MLSC)较小的瓶颈线。提出了几种可行的线路加固方案,解决了韩电系统的瓶颈问题。
