At the same time, the finite element simulation software is used to analyze the statics of the components of the household multifunctional treadmill. The results show that the structural strength of the home type multifunctional treadmill is qualified. 摘要

随着城市生活压力的增大,人们的身体素质呈现出明显的下降趋势。肥胖已经成为当今社会不容忽视的健康“杀手”。跑步机的普及成为人们在有限的空间和有限的环境条件下提高身体素质、减脂减重的首选。本文描述了跑步机的设计过程,提出了跑步机设计过程中的注意事项,并分析了跑步机与用户关系的合理性。为了设计一款满足家庭运动需求的健身器材,在对跑步机进行基本建模的基础上,结合家居产品的特点,运用健身器材的人体工程学理论和工业设计知识,对家用多功能跑步机进行了结构设计。同时,利用有限元仿真软件对家用多功能跑步机各部件进行静力学分析。结果表明,家用多功能跑步机的结构强度是合格的。健身器材与家居产品的功能整合,可以为家庭运动健身器材的发展提供参考。
