The development of a solution to communicate information between mobile and biometric devices allowing constant monitoring of the patient is viewed as a solution to healthcare issues. In this paper, we define an important element in framework design like that: a group of ontologies called MoMOntology that represent the ontologies of mobile monitoring process and allow to collect data from biometrics devices; to facilitate the communication between elements, we are defined a layer for each device (mobile phone, biometrics devices and server).
