The data were analyzed by applying independent sample T-test. The result did not show any significant difference (P0.05) in the normal range between the control and CIDR group in estrogen hormone profile, estrus response, and pH level, but showed significant differences with positive correlation (P0.05) in population of superficial cells. 摘要

本研究旨在研究同步植入CIDR的薄尾母羊的雌激素激素谱和发情反应。本研究采用8只细尾母羊、CIDR和雌激素检测试剂盒进行。将母羊分为:对照组3只,试验组5只(cidr植入12 d)。母羊在日惹Sleman Regency的Sidomukti农场群中饲养。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测发情期雌激素激素谱,观察发情反应,表现为外阴红肿、黏液阴道分泌物、行为改变、阴道pH值、浅表细胞数量。采用独立样本t检验对数据进行分析。结果显示,对照组与CIDR组在正常范围内雌激素激素谱、发情反应、pH值差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但表面细胞数量差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。综上所述,CIDR是农民组有效的发情同步工具,在雌激素激素谱、pH值和表面细胞百分比正常范围内,对瘦尾母羊有积极的发情反应。
