The participants of this study were 100 teachers at junior high schools and senior high schools in DKI Jakarta using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative design with a correlational approach with the help of the SPSS program. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Gratitude at Work Scale (GAWS), Teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Survey of Perceived Supervisor Support (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that being grateful contributes to PKO. 摘要

本研究以主管支持为中介,探讨感恩对组织公民行为的影响。本研究采用非概率抽样方法和目的性抽样技术,以雅加达DKI地区的100名初中和高中教师为研究对象。本研究采用非实验定量设计与相关的方法与SPSS程序的帮助。采用工作感恩量表(GAWS)、教师组织公民行为量表、感知上司支持量表(SPSS)进行问卷调查。本研究的结果表明,感恩有助于PKO。在这种情况下,当员工感受到上司的支持(PSS)时,感恩对组织公民行为的作用增强。
