The ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on ranking using the utility degree by comparing each alternative's overall index value to the optimal alternative's overall index value. The results of the research obtained are the existence of a decision support system for the election of the candidate for the chairman of the Youth Red Cross, assisting the election committee in assessing and selecting candidates for the PMR board according to the criteria. The design of a decision support system for selecting the chairman of the Youth Red Cross at SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi is implemented using a web-based programming language, for the predetermined assessment criteria and sub-criteria can be stored systemized, thus enabling relatively faster processing. 摘要
本研究旨在建立一套运用加性比率评估法(ARAS)选择青年红十字会主席的决策支持系统,以克服西爪哇省SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi Kuningan青年红十字会主席遴选委员会所面临的问题。ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment)方法是一种基于效用度排序的多准则决策方法,通过比较各方案的综合指标值与最优方案的综合指标值进行排序。研究的结果是存在一个青年红十字会主席候选人选举的决策支持系统,帮助选举委员会根据标准评估和选择PMR董事会候选人。为选择SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi青年红十字会主席而设计的决策支持系统是使用基于网络的编程语言实现的,因为预定的评估标准和子标准可以被系统化存储,从而使处理速度相对更快。通过使用所设计的决策支持系统应用程序,使青年红十字会主席候选人的评估和选择变得更加准确和方便,因为它使用了计算机媒体,使主席候选人的选择更加整洁和系统。
