摘要

熔融沉积建模(FDM)是一种增材制造工艺,可以通过热塑性塑料的熔化、沉积和固化,一层一层地快速生产几何复杂的零件。本文提出了一种填充突变结构的算法,用于填充密度较高的突变结构和填充密度较低的其他区域。通过分析打印模型的区域分类和几何特征,分别提出了二维填充算法和三维填充算法。经实验验证,该填充算法不仅提高了突变结构的强度,而且节省了打印时间,提高了工作效率。

An algorithm of filling the mutational structure for FDM prototyping
