摘要

本文对职前学前教育工作者多元文化能力发展的相关问题进行了理论分析;总结了科学家们对“多元文化能力”现象的定义方法;揭示了多元文化能力的本质是在多元文化社会条件下职前教育工作者开展专业活动的理论和实践准备;对012学前教育专业的申请者进行了调查,以确定多元文化能力形成的状况;提出了在多元文化教育背景下进一步开展科学研究的若干途径。
