摘要

为了提高教师的综合能力和素质,对教师进行培训是非常重要的。高职院校在培养教师时,构建培训质量评价指标体系对于确定培训效果、指出培训方向、深化培训内容,从而为系统合理的培训奠定基础具有重要意义。本文以Kirkpatrick模型和教师专业发展评价模型为基础,从六大一级指标出发,阐述了教师培训质量评价指标体系的具体手段,为提高教师培训质量奠定基础。
