Any single communication network can not completely guarantee the efficient and reliable transmission of communication services of all communication nodes, and heterogeneous network integration has become an inevitable trend. Network selection is one of the key issues in heterogeneous network integration, which has become a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad.
