Research on the Improvement Strategy and Energy Simulation of Exterior Wall Renovation of Residential Buildings of China - Based on the Comparison with European Projects
Reducing the energy consumption of existing residential buildings is an important part of achieving sustainable development. The article studies the renovation of residential buildings, especially exterior wall renovation of typical European and China’s cases. It points out the differences between European and China’s renovation methods through a comparative study and improvement strategies are put forward for China’s renovation. Energy consumption simulations combined with linear heat transfer coefficient simulation of window opening were also conducted on China’s renovation methods, in order to provide a research foundation for future study.
