摘要

企业对IT的使用和采用受到组织文化的影响，目前关于企业文化对IT采用影响的实证研究较多，但缺乏对企业文化如何随着IT使用而变化的反向影响的实证研究。在本文中，我们提出了一个新的视角来说明信息技术和文化的反向关系使用案例研究的方法。结果表明，信息技术的使用会导致组织结构和资源控制发生一定的变化，进而导致组织文化发生较小的变化。
