摘要

*为了研究熔融沉积成型(FDM)工艺参数对材料力学性能的影响因素,确定其对拉伸强度影响的内在规律,采用田口试验研究了层厚、壳厚、填充密度和打印速度4个因素对聚乳酸(PLA)制品拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:填充密度对PLA零件抗拉强度的影响最大,其次是外壳厚度,打印速度和层厚的影响较弱;优化后的最佳工艺参数为:填充密度为100%,外壳厚度为1.2mm,打印速度为50mm/min,打印层厚度为0.2mm。
