摘要

本研究在帕梅卡桑县帕梅卡桑地区范围内进行。总共36人的样本。本研究的目的是:1)了解动机、工作环境和组织文化同时对员工的绩效有影响;2)了解动机、工作环境和组织文化对员工的绩效有部分影响;3)了解动机、工作环境和组织文化中对员工绩效有主导影响的因素。结果表明,动机、工作环境和组织文化同时对员工绩效有非常显著的影响。其中,动机、工作环境和组织文化对员工绩效有显著影响。在帕梅卡山地区范围内,动机变量对帕梅卡山地区mempengruhi仪器性能的影响非常显著。关键词:激励,工作环境,组织文化,员工绩效
