Thing that distinguishes this research form previous research is the difference in: (1) the aspects studied, namely aspects of human resource development, compensation, occupational safety and health on the performance of employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Banten Province, (2) the unit of analysis used in this study, namely the HR of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency, National Land Affair Banten Province. The limitations in this study are only to analyze and calculate the influence of human resource development, compensation, occupational safety and health on employee performance at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Banten Province. 摘要

本研究将分析万丹省国家土地管理局区域办事处人力资源开发、薪酬、职业安全与健康对员工绩效的影响。本研究与以往研究的不同之处在于:(1)研究的方面,即人力资源开发、薪酬、职业安全与健康对万丹省国家土地局区域办事处员工绩效的影响;(2)本研究使用的分析单位,即万丹省国家土地局区域办事处人力资源。本研究的局限性仅在于分析和计算万丹省国家土地管理局区域办事处人力资源开发、薪酬、职业安全与健康对员工绩效的影响。本研究的研究对象为万丹省土地局区域办事处人力资源工作人员107人。本研究结果说明人力资源开发、薪酬、安全与健康对员工绩效有显著影响。
