The article considers the impact of digitalization on modern school and University education and analyzes its positive and negative aspects for the modern educational environment. It is shown how the rapid change in teaching methods and forms during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak led to the accumulation of experience in virtual contacts between teachers and students, as well as between students. The advantages of personification and personalization of the educational process are presented. The idea of creating educational clusters as a new model for integrating education and business is analyzed.
