Building and developing enterprises in Vietnam therefore has attracted a lot of attention to support businesses in becoming more adaptable and globally integrated, thereby contributing to the development of a prosperous and happy country. As a result, businesses must implement solutions to build and develop corporate culture in accordance with the characteristics and realities of each enterprise in a synchronous and flexible manner. However, many businesses have not focused on developing corporate culture, or the construction method is not scientific and methodical. Some businesses continue to use rigid contract-based, authoritarian, autocratic management mechanisms and bureaucratic organizational systems, which create an atmosphere of passivity and fear among employees, leading to a negative attitude, indifference or opposition to the leadership.
