Through the method of functional training, the volleyball athletes' sensibility is enhanced, the special performance ability is improved, the special sports efficiency is maximized, and new training ideas are provided for the athletes' competition performance improvement. 摘要

体能功能训练作为一种新型的训练方法,有着独特的训练理念。打破了传统体育训练中单一的训练模式。它不是单独训练某一块肌肉和某一个关节,而是把全身肌肉和关节看作一个完整的系统,把全身的运动看作一个运动链。一种更注重人体运动模式和身体运动基本姿势的训练方法。通过功能训练的方法,增强排球运动员的敏感性,提高专项表现能力,最大化专项运动效率,为运动员提高比赛成绩提供新的训练思路。研究了排球项目技术教学中身体功能训练的方法,并将功能动作训练体系引入排球扣球技术教学中,以提高排球教学水平。
