In this study, the sampling technique used was a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as a sample of 54 people. 摘要

本研究旨在分析:(1)变革型领导、胜任力和工作动机对员工绩效的部分影响;(2)变革型领导、胜任力和工作动机同时对员工绩效的影响;(3)变革型领导、胜任力和工作动机中哪些变量对员工绩效的影响最大。本研究使用的研究方法是在Barru摄政的Barru地区办公室进行的定量方法和调查方法。研究时间为2022年3月至4月。研究对象为巴尔鲁县巴尔鲁区办事处的54名职员。在这项研究中,使用的抽样技术是饱和样本,其中所有人口成员都被用作54人的样本。本研究采用的分析方法有仪器检验、经典假设检验、多元回归检验、假设检验和决定系数检验。结果表明:1)变革型领导对员工绩效无显著影响;2)胜任力对员工绩效无显著影响;3)工作动机对员工绩效有显著影响;4)变革型领导、胜任力和工作动机对员工绩效有显著影响。5)工作动机对巴鲁县巴鲁区办事处员工绩效的影响最为显著。
