The TAM model was enhanced by adding some external variables that are suitable to the Libyan environment so that they can influence Libyan citizens to adopt e-services. The most common variables are trust, social influence, age, and education level, in addition to computer self-efficacy and web skills. The model has been validated by technology adoption experts.
