The disciplinary cultivation is conducted through several ways, namely lecturers and students make an agreement together, lecturers become the role model, lecturers motivate and guide the students, lecturers as partners, and also lecturers give freedom to the students but limited to the rules that is governed. The method of this research uses qualitative research so that it is able to give an overview of social situation in depth. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨小学教师教育专业大学生学习者发展课程中的学科培养问题。学科培养主要通过教师与学生共同达成协议、教师成为榜样、教师激励和引导学生、教师成为合作伙伴、教师给予学生自由,但仅限于受其支配的规则等几种方式进行。本研究采用定性研究的方法,以便能够对社会状况进行深入的概述。研究结果表明,在小学教师教育专业大学生学习者发展课程中,讲师所采用的方法在提高学生的纪律性方面是成功的。
