To achieve this purpose, a mixed concurrent triangulation design was employed. Data were collected from 30 college leadersof which 27were selected comprehensively, whereasthree of them were selected purposively. Semi-structured interviewand questionnaire were used to collect data from leadersfrom three and 27 leaders, respectively. Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis, whereasquantitative data were analyzed using aone-sample t-test.
