This article describes the various challenges faced by teachers in maximizing learning in accordance with the demands of the government in mastering technology in learning.  But in reality, there are still teachers who have not mastered online platforms. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained in this study are that teachers are required to have technological knowledge, have the ability (skills) to apply technology, transform with the digital world, and have high creativity in utilizing various existing tools. 摘要

科技教育的应用确实需要教师的创新。写这篇文章的目的是描述教师在处理数字化学习过程中的动态所做的努力。本文描述了教师在学习中掌握技术方面所面临的各种挑战,以满足政府在学习中掌握技术的要求。但在现实中,仍有教师没有掌握网络平台。本研究采用描述性定性方法。本研究得出的结果是,教师需要具备技术知识,具备应用技术的能力(技能),与数字世界一起转型,并在利用各种现有工具方面具有很高的创造力。到目前为止,教师所经历的所有动态都可以通过参加各种培训和研讨会来解决,以支持教学能力。
