摘要

本文介绍了韩国电力系统的特点和为提高系统稳定性而采用的特殊稳定控制方案。随着大型发电机组在现有发电场址上的增加,以及输电设施加固因难以获得新场址和路权而被推迟,系统的短路电流、电压调节和暂态稳定性等特性呈现出退化的趋势。其中,针对大容量电站的失步问题,提出了需要解决的问题,以提高系统的安全性。本文介绍了韩国某电站为防止所有发电机失同步而采用的几种典型的特殊稳定控制方案。
