摘要

为了在微电网的关键母线上获得理想的电能质量,可以采用一次和二次控制来实现不平衡补偿,同时使分布式发电机分担补偿工作。考虑到不同地区、不同用户对电能质量的要求可能不同,本文在二级控制和一级控制层面上实施三级控制,以实现最优的不平衡补偿控制。硬件在环实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
