The absorbing unit has three layers, that the top layer is a metal patch loaded with resistors. This absorbing unit can achieve different frequencies stable absorbance in the 4-40 GHz frequency band, which is of great significance in the precise RCS regulation of complex scatterer structure. By laying this absorbing unit, the trihedral corner reflector is stable at 8-40 GHz with the fitted RCS between −3 to −6 dbsm.
