The results indicate that Human Resources and Work Execution Methods have no significant effect on the Quality Performance of Supervisory Consultants. 摘要

道路是社会动员开展各自活动的主要手段。由于道路具有重要的功能，因此定期对道路进行养护十分重要。进行的道路养护也必须质量好，以便道路功能可以继续正常使用，并具有耐用的条件。本研究旨在分析影响因素对监理顾问质量绩效的影响及关系。研究对象为75名道路养护监理顾问，样本为整个人群。研究数据收集技术采用问卷调查。本研究采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)分析数据和检验假设。研究结果表明，人力资源和工作执行方法对监理顾问的质量绩效没有显著影响。同时，对技术、环境和管理规范的理解对监理顾问的质量绩效有显著影响。
