With the temperature of heat treatment increasing, the heat treatment(1-beta) of Nd3+ ion increases. 摘要

本文采用超声辐照溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂稀土离子(Nd3+)的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)粉体。超声频率为20千赫。采用x射线衍射光谱(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、光声光谱(PAS)对纳米晶粉末进行了表征。光声光谱已广泛用于研究各种样品的化学和物理性质。针对稀土离子特殊的电子结构,采用光声光谱法以Nd3+为探针,研究超声辐照后样品在溶胶-凝胶过程中的结构变化。随着热处理温度的升高,Nd3+离子的热处理(1- β)增大。当温度超过500℃时,散射(1- β)效应变化不大。
