摘要

本文提出了一种采用差分缓冲放大器(cdba)作为有源元件的多相正弦振荡器。该振荡器电路由n个级联有损积分器和n个逆变器组成,可产生2n个不同相位的正弦电压(180°/n和180”/n+180°)。振荡频率可以宽范围调节,约30年,通过有源元件的值。用AD844集成电路得到的实验结果证实了理论分析。
