The pattern of activity in the sense that can provide benefits and global competitiveness in the era of Modern Technology, this can be implemented by utilizing Digital Learning Media in developing Islamic education to increase literacy and innovation in the era of modern technology or can be known as society 5.0, seeing the lack of literacy among youth, low literacy makes it difficult to innovate in the era of revolution so that intellectual power will not be honed and unable to globally competitive. The purpose of this study is to find out the innovation of digital learning media in developing Islamic Education and forming a young generation who intellectually innovate high through digital literacy. The method used by researchers in this study is to use qualitative research. The analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive method. This idea describes the concentration of digital learning media in developing Islamic Education to improve digital literacy in the era of modern technology.
