The idea of transdisciplinary communications \"triple spiral\" is considered, adequately reflecting the notion of non-linear, non-equilibrium reality of VUСA-world, with the purpose of producing new knowledge. An understanding of metacompetencе as a key element in the production of new knowledge in the digital economy is given. The production of such metacompetencies is based on the results of international educational business projects, which are formed by TF teams. The tasks of managing international educational business projects are set. Criteria are determined for the internal and external effectiveness of the project.
