The main outcome and benefit is the software application for automatic calculation of the optimal (total) dose of contrast media in radiodiagnostic examinations. The software application has been developed in the C# language platform. The calculator is based on theoretical foundations of contrast media administration and designed to provide an intuitive support in clinical practice. The application includes both calculation of the optimal dose of contrast medium in milliliters and calculation of glomerular filtration.
