{"title":"基于DEA-BCC-Malmquist模型的高校科技成果转化效率分析","authors":"Lei Peng, Gao Shenghan","doi":"10.1145/3516529.3516562","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Based on the panel data of 36 tourism universities from 2014 to 2017, this paper divided the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into two stages: research and creation and achievement transformation, and used DEA-BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index model to measure the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in tourism universities and analyzed its changing trend. The results show that :(1) From the static analysis of efficiency, the average comprehensive efficiency of the first stage of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in tourism universities is around 0.65, and the pure technical efficiency is slightly higher than the scale efficiency, which is particularly obvious in the 985 and 211 universities; In the second stage of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in tourism universities, the comprehensive efficiency value is about 0.55, and its pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are also between 0.6-0.7, relatively speaking, there is a large room for improvement. (2) From the dynamic analysis of efficiency, the mean value of total factor productivity index of scientific and technological achievements transformation in tourism universities is 0.975 in the stage of research creation, while 1.609 in the stage of achievement transformation. Further, from the efficiency decomposition index, all the efficiency indexes in the first stage except the scale efficiency index are less than 1, while all the efficiency indexes in the second stage are greater than 1. Therefore, in the future development process, tourism universities should strengthen the management and technical level in the first stage of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, in order to avoid excessive loss of technological progress and pure technical efficiency. The research results of this paper are helpful to find the problems existing in the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in tourism universities and guide tourism universities to pay attention to scientific and technological innovation, studies, this paper divides the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in tourism universities into two stages: research creation and achievement transformation.
