摘要

可再生能源的不确定性对孤岛微电网的运行产生了不利影响。传统的以旋转储备作为支撑储备能力的方法既不经济也不环保。合理配置备用产能是必要的。为此,提出了一种储能联合优化调度模型,以保证IMGs的经济可靠运行。首先,提出了一种考虑不同发电负荷-存储特性的多类型IMGs备用容量系统。然后,引入条件风险值法(CVaR)来评估储备不足造成的运营风险损失。为了提高储备-能量联合最优调度模型的求解效率,采用了考虑相关性的拉丁超立方体抽样(LHS)方法。最后,通过数值仿真结果验证了所提方法和模型的有效性。
