This paper focuses on the multi-agents system as a promising approach that presents potential benefits to support this environmental and social challenge. It presents the major features of this method and examines its ability to meet the overall performance important needs and issues in industrial systems. It provides also an overview on the deployment of multi-agents systems to design and implement sustainable performance in industry.
