Thereby an innovation needed so that the form can give an objective result. Another innovation did was how to determine the category of road function-feasibility and road feasibility condition. The result on determined tested road shown that road function-feasibility category is not feasible. The tested road must be maintained so that roads can have better road function-feasibility category and give more safety guarantee to all road users
