Effectiveness was evaluated along multiple metric, including the response and learning layers of Kirkpatrick Model. Course statistics and data collected through qualitative and quantitative survey questions and summative assessment performance of the participants were analyzed. The findings indicate that the MOOC was able to address the gaps identified during needs analysis of creating such a MOOC as part of our product training for teachers.
