Sampling was done by total sampling technique and a sample of 30 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS program with Paired Simplet T Test statistical test. Results: the results of the analysis of the effect of prenatal yoga on sleep quality obtained with a value of = 0.000, meaning that there is an effect of the implementation of prenatal yoga on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Research implications: Prenatal yoga intervention can improve sleep quality, thereby reducing complaints in third trimester pregnant women. 摘要

摘要孕期不适会影响睡眠质量,进而对孕期心理障碍产生影响。目的:观察实施产前瑜伽对妊娠晚期孕妇睡眠质量的影响。研究方法:采用单组前-后试验设计。抽样采用全抽样技术,抽样对象为30人。使用的工具是问卷调查。数据分析使用SPSS程序进行配对简单T检验统计检验。结果:产前瑜伽对睡眠质量影响的分析结果得出值为= 0.000,说明实施产前瑜伽对妊娠晚期孕妇的睡眠质量有影响。研究意义:产前瑜伽干预可以改善睡眠质量,从而减少妊娠晚期孕妇的抱怨。建议:希望有研究介入妊娠晚期孕妇的产前瑜伽,以减少孕妇的焦虑和其他症状,包括失眠和腰痛。
