摘要

本研究旨在从萨提亚的冰山理论出发,分析中国青少年学习厌学的心理内在机制。采用桌面研究法和文献研究法对中国青少年进行调查。结合冰山理论,我国青少年厌学现象主要可以从三个方面来解释:抗拒权威、标签陷阱和情绪欲望,从而提出相关建议,关注服务对象自身的积极品质或能力,解构内部冰山,利用积极资源改变自我状态,实现自我赋权。
