The motive of this research is to assess the different mortal psychic behavior by Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal with time-frequency exploration by acquiring information from the interior changes of brain territory. This paperwork represents mortal psychic conditions emerged on some prominent features of EEG signal. For this experimental motive five pathological states have been regulated like as happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, and fear. Various EEG signals have been compiled for these states and resolved by employing discrete transform.
