A more strategic performance measurement system will assist management in translating organizational strategies into action plans to be more advanced and competitive in achieving vision and mission. In addition, there are various factors that can influence the improvement of individual job performance and one of them is the factor of training transfer that can improve job performance among civil servants in Malaysia. This is because the training transfer is a continuation application of the knowledge and skills acquired during training to be practiced in the workplace. Training transfer occurs if the employee continuously practices all that knowledge received and learned while undergoing training to improve performance in the workplace. In general, this study proves that the transfer of positive training will have a positive impact on the strategic work performance of an individual in the organization. 摘要

工作表现是决定一个组织的质量和声誉的重要因素。更具战略性的业绩衡量制度将有助于管理部门将组织战略转化为行动计划,以便在实现愿景和使命方面更加先进和具有竞争力。此外,影响个人工作绩效提高的因素有很多,其中之一就是马来西亚公务员培训转移的因素,培训转移可以提高公务员的工作绩效。这是因为培训转移是将培训期间获得的知识和技能继续应用于工作场所。如果员工在接受培训的过程中不断地实践所学到的知识,以提高在工作场所的表现,就会发生培训转移。总体而言,本研究证明正向培训的迁移会对组织中个体的战略工作绩效产生正向影响。本文在人力资源管理和组织心理学领域具有一定的借鉴意义。
