However one of crucial issues of managing organization is achieving balance between securing present revenue streams and ability of creating new value for customers. Therefore the main goal of this paper is to recognize the relation between different configurations of innovation process and achieved results of organization`s ambidexterity level. These issues were subject of survey covering 400 medium and large size Polish entities and period of 2015-2017. Most important finding is that there is positive correlation between implementation level of innovation process and achieved ambidexterity level.
